Dr. Tarryn Foster is a Naturopathic Doctor, Spiritual Counselor, Teacher and Inspirational Speaker, nationally and internationally trained in natural therapies. She provides professional, caring assistance for those seeking a holistic medicine approach. Dr. Tarryn strongly believes in the body’s inherent ability to heal itself by addressing the underlying conditions leading to dis-ease. She overcame 10 years of back pain and a childhood heart condition after a journey of changing her stressful lifestyle to include healthy eating habits and holistic medicine. For over 18 years, Dr. Tarryn's mission has been to assist her clients in becoming self-empowered, utilizing the wisdom of nature and rigors of science to heal the whole person.
With a focus on naturopathic and functional medicine, Dr. Tarryn recognizes the key importance of spirit, mind, body and emotions and bringing the four back into balance to achieve optimal health. She emphasizes a holistic approach, specialized functional medicine testing, non-toxic therapies, botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutrition and the mind/body connection to encourage transformation. Dr. Tarryn knows that when given the right therapies the body will heal, repair and restore itself so patients can live a stress-free, energetic, positive and healthy lifestyle.
Since Dr. Tarryn was young, she has always been interested in healing and received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Her extensive background working in health education/communications, community outreach, in medical clinics and wellness centers, orphanages, as well as training with an internist, working in her own private practice and founding Healing for Life International, gives her a unique perspective on applying integrative approaches and prevention for various acute and chronic conditions. Dr. Tarryn has trained nationally and internationally in private clinics, humanitarian tours and complementary medicine schools in a variety of holistic therapies, natural therapeutics, biofeedback, nutrition and mind-body medicine. She also is a graduate of the Health Coach Institute’s Mastery Program. Dr. Tarryn gives you the tools you need to renew, recharge and take control of your own health.

Rhonda Chaplin is an HR and Communication Strategist who spent over two decades coaching managers and c-suite partners on everything from leadership communication to effectively managing stress, anxiety and conflict in the workplace. As a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Executive Leadership Facilitator, she is passionate about seeing others ‘exercise their gifts’ while in optimal health to experience true freedom.
After personally experiencing the frustrations of utilizing her insurance plan for doctor visits and being told her ‘labs are normal’ but not feeling well, in 2004 she went on a personal holistic journey to thrive in health naturally. Her personal success led her to lead the hr and benefits function of a billion-dollar health and wellness company, so she could be a part of the movement to disrupt healthcare by providing organizational wellness health options to change the lives of employees and their families.

Lindsey Jun, MS, CNS, LDN, FDN-P
Having personally overcome an autoimmune condition, Lindsey has developed a strong passion for helping others overcome their health challenges. She has witnessed firsthand how the use of proper foods and nutrients allows the body to heal itself and operate the way it was created to function — in an optimal, flourishing state. Lindsey utilizes a combination of integrative nutrition knowledge, functional lab testing, and consideration of the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual to effectively treat the most stubborn health problems. Her goal is to empower patients by teaching a comprehensive model of self-care so they can stay healthy for life. She provides support on every step of the journey towards vibrant health. Lindsey’s services include phone, or video consultations, home cooking classes, grocery store tours, and public speaking events.
Lindsey graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition. She is an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. She has several years of experience working with functional medical doctors in the Washington DC Metro area. In addition to completing her certification in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, she participated in specialized training at the Foundational Institute for Functional Medicine: Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice. Having worked in the supplement industry for five years, she also has extensive knowledge of nutritional supplements. Lindsey looks forward to partnering with patients to uncover the underlying causes of their health issues so that they can heal and become the best version of themselves.
